2019 Director of Coaching

Cameron Beaulac 

 

Cameron Beaulac enters his Third year as Boy’s Director for FC Premier. He has served in a similar roll for FC Long Beach as well as Technical Advisor for Palos Verdes and a number of coaching rolls for NHB, Palos Verdes, Cypress FC and FCLB.

Affiliated with the Olympic Development Program, Coach Cameron has worked with over 100 athletes who have received college scholarships, played professionally for MLS and abroad, as well as on the United States Olympic Teams and the U.S national system.

 

Coach Beaulac has been Head Coach of the Long Beach City College Men’s Soccer Program for the past 13 years reaching the Southern California Regional Playoffs 9 times and winning South Coast Conference Championships in 2006 and most recently in 2015.

Cameron coached at the high school level for 18 years, 16 of which were at the Varsity level. During the 13 years he served at Long Beach Polytechnic he lead his teams to three League Championships, one CIF Championship and placed more athletes into four-year collegiate programs than any other coach in the surrounding area.

 

In his competitive days, Coach B played high school soccer at Lakewood High School and went on to play Division 1 college ball at UC Irvine as a 4-year starter, team captain and assist leader during one of his four campaigns. He was named All-Big West scholar-athlete in 1988 and still shares the record of most assists in one game with three.

 

Cameron Beaulac is currently a teacher at Long Beach Poly where he has taught for the past 24 years. He has a Bachelor of Science from UC Irvine and a Masters of Arts in Human Performance and Sports from New Mexico Highland University.

Cameron has been married for 24 years and has two children 18 and 15 years of age.

2019 Assistant Boys Director

Eddie Chavez

Eddie Chavez enters his 5th year with FC Premier as the boys Assistant Director as well as head coach for boys 2005 and 2007 age groups. Chavez currently holds a USSF E License and is also an Assistant Coach at St. John Bosco High School.

 

Coach Eddie has devoted his efforts to developing players that have a strong work ethic and are always looking to implement the life lessons that soccer provides to their daily lives and into they future.
